of
Dementia & Memory Care
Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals living with dementia by supporting meaningful moments, purposeful connection, and compassionate care throughout every stage of memory loss—equipping caregivers and care teams with the education, confidence, and tools they need to make a difference.
MotivaCo Training LLC. was founded by Sonia Amerine, LPN, CDP, CADDCT whose commitment to dementia care education is rooted in real-life caregiving experience. After witnessing the challenges caregivers face when education is inconsistent or unavailable, Sonia developed MotivaCo Training LLC. to provide meaningful, accessible learning that supports compassionate, informed care. And improve the quality of life for those impacted by dementia and memory loss.
