This seminar fulfills the required Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care education toward Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) eligibility through NCCDP.
The Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care (ADDC) Seminar provides essential education on Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, helping caregivers and care professionals build understanding, confidence, and practical skills for dementia care.

Registration Details
Enrollment & Registration Policy
To ensure a high-quality learning experience and meaningful interaction, enrollment for this seminar is limited.
Minimum enrollment: 3 participants
Maximum enrollment: 12 participants
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
Full payment is required to reserve a seat
Once the class reaches maximum capacity, registration will close.
Registration Deadline:
Registration closes 3 days prior to the scheduled seminar date.
If the minimum enrollment of 3 participants is not met by the registration deadline, the seminar will be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will receive:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer their registration to a future seminar date
Attendance Requirements (Virtual Seminar)
This is a 100% virtual seminar delivered live via an online platform.
Participants must be present for the full duration of the seminar to be eligible for a Certificate of Completion.
Cameras must remain on at all times during the seminar, except during scheduled breaks.
Participants must be actively present and visible throughout the session to verify attendance.
If the seminar is offered over two days, full attendance on both days is required to receive a Certificate of Completion.
Late arrival, early departure, or failure to meet virtual attendance requirements may result in ineligibility for certification.
Certificates of Completion are issued only to participants who meet all attendance requirements.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made on or before the registration deadline are subject to a $75 administrative fee
Cancellations made after the registration deadline are non-refundable
Substitutions may be permitted with advance notice (please contact the instructor)
If the seminar is cancelled by the instructor due to minimum enrollment not being met, participants will receive:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer registration to a future seminar date
